Assembly & Installation Instruction

   
1. Insert the 4T-notch hitch into the 4T-notch opening on the back of the holder. Slide 4T-notch forward and up into the slot to lock the mounting plate in place.
   
2. Mounting to the windshield
   
3. Make sure the area of the windshield is clean and does not obstruct your view of traffic. Position the suction cup on the surface of the windshield and hold the base firmly as you close the lever and lock the base in position.
   
4. Clip on the flexible arm and stick it on the dashboard with a 3M sticker, which minimizes vibration effectively.
