1940 Chevrolet Front Bumper Pull-Down Guard (Original GM Accessory).

It has obvious rust, scratches, dents, etc. This isn't spring loaded...not sure if it ever was, but I assume it used to have a return spring?

One side has a bend, chipping chrome, mangled bumperettes, missing hinge mechanism, etc.
