These brackets are rated for 300lbs. Keep in mind that using drywall anchors are okay for most applications when installed properly but greatly increase the chance of user self installation errors (AKA injury/death causing mistakes). We always recommend attaching DIRECTLY into STUDS. 

If you are unsure about a heavy dresser or tall shelf, consider the help a professional handyman or trusted family member/friend.

Tip: For tall furniture and/or any furniture with drawers, pay extra attention that they are properly secured. Additionally, store heavy items at the bottom when possible.
