This item is a Brookstone Portable Speaker Dock made for the iPad (3rd generation), iPad 2, and iPad Tablets. It is previously owned, but it looks like it has not been used. The item is in its original packaging,  and the box shows some scuffing and wear but is in good condition. This item allows docking vertically or horizontally,  and its angle can be adjusted. It folds up to fit easily into a briefcase or luggage. It charges while docking and runs on 3 AAA batteries (not included) or via AC adapter (included).  Also included are adapter clips to fit iPad (3rd generation), iPad 2, and iPad tablets. It is great for watching movies, listening to music, or playing games.
