Энциклопедический формат. Размер 17,5 х 25,8 см. Вес 435 гр. Оригинальный издательский мягкий
переплёт с текстильным корешком. Некомплектный экземпляр. Состояние ближе к хорошему:
блок в основном чистый за исключением редких пятен и загрязнений, помятости отдельных страниц,
отсутствует 10 листов (стр. 159 - 180); переплёт - потёртости и загрязнения; мелкие дефекты,
следы времени (смотри картинки).
Настоящий выпуск Сборника действующих постановлений, изданных в порядке статьи 87 Основных
Государственных законов, является дополнением составленного Государственной
Канцелярией в 1913 году
такого же Сборника.
В этом выпуске помещены постановления, изданные в 1913, 1914 и 1915 (по 2 Февраля) годах, за исключением
Высочайше утвержденного 23 Июля 1914 года положения Совета Министров о приостановлении размена
кредитных билетов на золотую монету, как замененного состоявшимся 27 Июля 1914 года законом о некоторых
мерах финансового характера в виду обстоятельств военного времени.
К Сборнику приложены предметный указатель и оглавление.

Addition to the Collection Issued in 1913. Compiled by the State Chancellery. State printing house,
Petrograd 1915. 328 pages. Encyclopedic format. Size 175 x 258 mm. Weight 435 gr. Original publishing soft
binding with textile spine. Incomplete copy.Near Fine condition: the block is mostly clean for the exception
of rare spots and pollution, the bruises of individual pages, there are no 10 sheets (p. 159 - 180); binding -
scuffs and pollution; minor defects, traces of time (see pictures).
This issue of the Collection of current regulations, issued in accordance with article 87 of the Fundamental State laws,
is an addition to the compiled State Office in 1913 of the same Collection.
This issue contains the resolutions issued in 1913, 1914 and 1915 (until February 2), with the exception of the Council
of Ministers approved on July 23, 1914, the Highest approved on July 23, 1914, on the suspension of the exchange
of credit notes for gold coins, as replaced by the July 27, 1914 law on certain measures of a financial nature
in view of wartime circumstances.
The collection is accompanied by a subject index and a table of contents.
