The Teddy Bear is NOT INCLUDED.     This mini carriage is made of white metal.  It is a good weight and the wheels do turn.  There is plenty of room inside for a doll and toys.  The baby buggy  is 3" high, 3 1/8" long and 2 1/8" wide (includes the wheels).  The inside bed is 2 1/4" long and 1 1/2" wide.  Thank you for viewing.
