Antique 1920s Batwing Maroon Silk Dress Cream Embroidered Ribbon Details AS IS. This stunning silk dress features fantastic batwing sleeves and a waist belt that fastens in the back with metal closures. The long sleeves, center front, and neckline are trimmed with a cream colored silk ribbon that features embroidered flowers in brown thread. The center back has a small v-slit that ties at the top. There are no other closures to this dress.
This piece is in good condition considering its age, however there are a few areas where the silk is tearing. Specifically at the bottom of the v-slit, and the points where the front panel detail is sewn to the body of the dress.
