As shown in the photos the Touch Assistant is activated to allow you to use the phone with an on the screen assistance button. This allows you to use the phone without a home button.

Other than that the phone has had a screen protector on it since day 1 and has minimal exterior damaging. Light scratches and no cracks on screen.
