Q: How do I pay for my purchase?

Q: When will the item be shipped out?

A: The item will be shipped within 1 business day once payment completed. If you make the payment before 15:00, we will ship out your product in the same  day, if after 15:00, we will ship out your product the next day.

Q: Where is my tracking number?

Q: If the parcel does not fit for my car, how should I do?

A: Please contact us firstly and provide us your car model. If possible, hope you can provide us photos of the front of your car. So we can give you a effective and best solutions to you.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: We accepts return. Item must be returned within 30 days. The refund will be returned after we receive the returned product. Please contact our customer service before you open a return request.

Q: Can you ship to Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico?

A: yes, but buyer from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico would need to pay extra shipping costs.
SHIPPING

Please allow 10-30 days for international deliveries. Some shipments could take longer subject to your local customs authorities.

✅ We will use EMS as the default carrier for expedited shipping, usually it takes 4-7 working days. If you want to use DHL or UPS, please contact us and you may need to pay more extra shipping fee.

RETURNS
