If you are unsure about the part that you need, please contact us for help.  This Linear actuator motor replaces SMT12.01.137.329 45C.  If your actuator's model number is the same, this will work as a replacement.  This motor is for recliners/lift chairs.  The actuator motor has a five-pin female plug and 2-pin male plug.  The 5-pin plug connects to the remote control and the 2-pin plug conects to the power supply.
