★ WHAT ARE YOU BUYING?

You are buying a digital designs/files. No physical item will be shipped. 

★ HOW BUYING A DIGITAL FILE WORKS?

Once you place the order you should contact me thru Ebay message to give me the email address you want to receive the files, then you will receive an email with zipped files to download everything.

★ WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE THE DESIGN / FILES?

Files will be delivery within 12-24 hours from receiving your email address. Remember to check your spam / junk folder !!

★ WHAT DO YOU NEED TO USE THE FILES?

You will need an extractor software such win Zip, a vinyl cutter or printer machine or a printer shop to print out the files for you.

★ WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

You will receive digital files in a zip folder, 1 file in each of the following formats:

VECTOR FILES:   You can resize template size as you want without losing detail/quality of design.

- 1 SVG file - For use with Silhouette Studio DE, Cricut Design Space, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, and other cutting machines,Cricut Explore, Adobe Suite, Inkscape, Corel Draw and more.

- 1 DXF file - For use with the basic Silhouette studio.

- 1 AI file - For Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and more.

- 1 PDF file - Best for easy printing in any size without losing quality. Any vectorial software, Acrobat reader

- 1 EPS file - For use with PostScript printers and imagesetters, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Corel Draw, etc.

RASTER/ GRAPHIC FILES:

- 1 PNG file in High  300 dpi, Mid 150 dpi and Low 72 dpi Resolution with a transparent background.

★ HOW TO USE THE FILES

Once you receive the files you have to download them to your device,then extract/unzip the files before trying to access them.

Once you unzipped the files choose the best format for your project.

Note about DXF files:

- If you don't have design edition, choose the dxf format. The file is already traced and all you have to do is cut.

- For Silhouette users, use DXF file if you have the BASIC/FREE version of the Silhouette Studio software.

★ ISSUE FINDING, EXTRACTING OR USING THE FILES:

If you need help with extracting or using the files please contact me I will gladly help you.

★ WHAT CAN I CREATE / DO WITH THESE FILES?
