Wonderful 1950s Black Full Circle dropped waist Dress. This is made of a taffeta with velvet flocked diamond shapes. It has a rounded neckline and closes in the back with metal closure. The bottom has lots of fullness and is displayed with a petticoat.There is no belt, but there are loopholes for one. It is in excellent vintage condition.
