Proto Slot / Ghostmodels GM019RTR. I commissioned this #24 version, as opposed to the #1 car,  in 2010. This represents the car that Augi Pabst had a massive incident with the guardrail at Riverside 1964. See photos. My modifications were: Remove wheel inserts and repaint using a mix of matt black and gunmetal until I was satisfied with the colour. Two coats of matt lacquer were then applied. The original wheels were marked by glue / paint where the inserts had been. New wheels were ordered from Protoslot, which then had the hubs ground back to enable the inserts to fit deeper in the wheels. The axles / wheels were then realigned using spacers where required. The lack of room in the cockpit area requires the use of a photocard tray by Protoslot with a drivers head fitted as standard. The edges around the driver were a white, shiny photo finish. I decided to remove the tray and carefully glue a thin layer of plastic card, pinted matt black, to give a sense of depth to an otherwise flat serface. The only minor flaw with the car is that the passenger side door number is not perfectly level, it's hardly noticable when the car is in the slot and sitting on all 4 wheels. Absolutely fantastic finish and detail. The car will be securely packaged.   Any questions please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking.
