Antique 1920s Cloche Hat Herpolsheimer Co. Purple Palm Tree Velvet Bow AS IS. This hat is an interesting piece of history! Herpolsheimer company was actually the first designer to ever make a cloche hat! The velvet trim on this hat has shedded a lot but the hat is still wearable and functional.
