This Item Will Include:

A mount cut to YOUR EXACT requirements, with a backing board of the same size to fit and a poly bag, PLEASE note the poly bag will be A4 sized, so if your chosen mount size is a lot less than A4 width, the excess may need to be folded over and secured with tape.

You will get 5, 10 or 20 of each, according to the pack size you have chosen.

Your Mount Aperture:

This can be any size of your choosing, Please provide the EXACT size as this is what we will cut to, so you need to allow for a small bit of overlap (ie state a size a bit smaller than the paper size of your item, usually approx 5-6mm overall).

Your Mount Shape:

This can be anything you require from simple shapes eg, Rectangle or Square, Circle or Oval, or even Arched.

Just include details with your message.

You can add upto 2 extra apertures, FREE of charge.

Maximum Item Dimensions

Your choosen EXTERNAL mount size should fit within the dimensions indicated opposite.

For example 11.25 x 9.3 inch or 19 x 27 cm You can use any inches, cm or mm.

PLEASE be sure not to exceed these measurements as this will cause delays with your order.

How to Measure for a Mount

The EXTERNAL WIDTH of your mount is calculated as TWO times the width of the side margins PLUS the APERTURE WIDTH of the cutout window which will be the viewable area and is shown in the image opposite.

The EXTERNAL HEIGHT of your mount is calculated in exactly the same way but in the VERTICAL direction. Simply the bottom margin plus the top margin plus the height of the cutout window.

Board Specification

• 1.4mm thick, (1400 microns).
• White-core, acid free, conservation grade (not to be mistaken for thinner, cheaper grade mounts).
• Thick sturdy board provides greater protection for your artwork image.
• Thicker board greatly enhances the aesthetic appeal of your artwork because of the 45 degree bevelled cut edges.
• Outside edges are cut square.
• Keep glass away from your image, which can adhere to the glass with changes in humidity and temperature over time.

RETURNS : We can only accept returns on custom cut items IF we have made a mistake, so PLEASE double check all your measurements.

UNITS : You can mix measurement units if you wish for example, quote your EXTERAL sizes in inches then your INTERNAL sizes in centimetres or mm OR vice-versa, it happens quite frequently, please just be clear which is which in your message.
