The bells are preowned but are unused.  The exterior box shows some signs of wear.  The actual item you receive upon purchase will be comparable to the photos on this listing (I have multiples in similar conditions for sale).  Please see stock photos of the item for sale to determine whether the item will meet your needs.  I'll note that I opened the interior box to rearrange the bells for the photos.  They were jostled around a bit during shipping and will likely shift when shipped to you.

The item will ship via USPS.  I reuse clean packaging materials for shipping.  It saves us both money and is better for the environment.
