Now for the Good Part---I am Pleased to offer this Vintage or Antique Authentic Original Advertising Promotional Promo Glass Cigarette or Cigar Ashtray from Memphis, Tennessee in Great All-Original Condition. This is Not a repro and comes from an Estate Sale. The Hotel was closed in the Early 1970's and is now known as Chisca on Main. It was built in 1913 was Very Historic. It was here in July 1954 on the Mezzanine Floor that DJ Dewey Phillips Debuted Elvis Presley's First Recording, "That's Alright, Mama" and Conducted the First On-Line Interview with him. The Clear Glass Ashtray has Blue Advertising and reads: HOTEL CHISCA---MEMPHIS---THE FRIENDLY HOTEL. It measures about 4.5 inches across at widest point. The Condition is Great with No dings, No chips, No cracks and No repairs. It is Clean with a couple of spots of bottom slide wear near rim, away from lettering. You will be Very Pleased!
