This is a Beautiful One Shoulder Mini Dress from Pop! of St. Barth. This has an Adjustable Drawstring Ruched Side and is Strem-lined without pockets or fasteners. Pullover Style. I couldn't find a fabric content tag but this feels very much like Stretch Silk to me. Labeled a size 0 with a Chest Measurement at 32", and a Length from Shoulder to Hem at 35". Brand New with Tags. No Flaws to note. :)
