The item being listed is the Limited collectors edition for Halo 4. This is a numbered item that includes a steelbook and a bunch of extras for fans of the game, the majority of all of these documentation items have never been opened. This item also includes the Hardback Collector's Guide that has never been opened and still in plastic.  See images for more in depth condition description.
