Ben Tennyson is Upchuck Battle Version is an action figure released in 2007. It is based on the character Upchuck from the animated television series Ben 10. Upchuck is one of the alien forms that the main character, Ben Tennyson, can transform into using his Omnitrix device. Upchuck is a Gourmand from the destroyed planet Peptos XI and currently Peptos XII. He has the ability to ingest solid matter and energy and then expel it as explosive vomit. There are two subspecies of Gourmand: Perk and Murk, and Ben can transform into both versions of Upchuck.

Figure comes with a Collector Card and Display Stand with Decoder.
