This item never came with "tags" – what you see in the photos is exactly how the item came when originally purchased, and it's been kept safe in storage for a few years. It came with a small crease on the front cover's left flap and a tiny, shallow dent on the back cover - both are hardly noticeable and do not cause any real harm to the product - it still looks just as it did when received in the mail! Please view ALL of the photos in the gallery prior to purchase; the Cardboard Cover-page has the "Closures" for the Front Cover Flaps – I didn't want to use the closures yet as it's New & they haven't been touched, so the new owner should break them in – because of this, the photos only show the flaps up and without the notebook closed all the way.
