An excellent nice mint never hinged example of the 3 Pf. "Reichspost" definitive featuring the imperial crown eagle in a circle (Krone und Adler), issued in 1899 and 1900. This is the less common bright orange-brown, variant cb. Nicely centered with good colour, one short perf, expertised/geprüft by Gotwin Zenker BPP, catalogued in the Michel specialist volume at EUR 7,-.
