I purchased some items from a company, who was selling items that previously belonged to an individual who I believe was previously employed by NASA and how he aquired the tool.

Good used operating condition

Has typical imperfections you would expect from used vintage tools such as very minor nicks, chips, scuffs, spots and scratches.
