Instructions for use:
1. Soak the oil stone in water for about 15 minutes;
2. Unidirectional grinding strength is uniform, and the angle is about 10%-20%;
3. Don't scrape off the slurry after sharpening the knife, the slurry can make the knife sharper;
4. After the knives are sharpened, remember to wipe them with wet paper towels or rinse them with water and dry them. Use a soft brush to clean the surface of the whetstone and place it in a ventilated place to dry.
