For starters, these dolls themselves are part of The Heritage Signature Collection set. 'Julia and Joanna' stand at 16 an 9 inches. The dolls have hand-painted bisque porcelain faces and come in matching Victorian dresses, with original packaging and a certificate of authenticity.

These dolls in their original form make them great additions for a collector of beautiful & elegant porcelain dolls, but the darker story behind them has left a trail of goosebumps on those who have encountered them.

Previous owners have reported many types of paranormal activity after receiving the dolls. The story passed down is that the original owner of the doll had fell ill and passed away in her late 30's, before being able to fulfill her dream of becoming a mother. It is said that Genevieve's (Gene for short), spirit is tethered to these dolls and with it brings new energy to your home. (Neutral/Positive energy).

Some personal experiences since having Genevieve in our home have been different for all in our family. Some of us have heard the sound of rummaging drawers and moving of pots and pans in our kitchen and noone is out there. We've heard the sound of a woman humming around the house a few times, usually in the evening time. My son has even said he has heard a woman call his name twice before, but it wasn't "MY VOICE". I'm also guessing she liked to bake because many times I have  come home from work and my whole house has the VERY distinct smell of warm vanilla, like someone had been baking all day, yet no ones been home.

We haven't been able to get her to communicate via Ouija but we've got her to flicker her light (catball) during certain conversations, and she's popped up on our K2 meter a few times. All in all this doll has seemed to have brought both a little more mystery AND positivity into our house.

We ask that you treat this doll with the UP MOST RESPECT, not only because of the sprit attached but to preserve it's absolute purity - as this doll is in it's ORIGINAL packaging and has been so since the original owner (Genevieve) bought it. We ask that you respect Genevieves presents and HER belongings. There is no way of knowing or assuming how the attached spirit would react to the unwrapping of her belongings and we are unsure if her dominant "positive" energy would shift. Please use caution when handling/storing/displaying.
