Vintage 1920s Black Silk Floral Lace Dress with Capelet Side Seam Snaps As Is. This is an authentic 1940s all black silk floral lace dress with attached capelet. The dress is sleeveless, however the attached cape falls over the shoulder. A side seam opening has snaps for closure.
