Repair and upgrade your remis blind hinge with this stronger replacement or keep a pair to hand for when the original eventually breaks. Remanufactured with additional material where they are prone to fail and of an overall stronger matearial!

Remove the remaining parts of broken hinge from the aluminium frame (we drill ours out) and then the new part is a good push fit in the place of the original.

The part that fits into the frame of the blind is made on the larger side to accommodate for all sizes of frame, some may push in easily and others simply need a quick rub with something abrasive like sand paper. This is an unfortunate but common trait in manufacturing, some frames can be up or down on size compared to others. I keep my tolerances as tight as possible, so variations in my process are minimal.
