Dust jacket is protected by mylar covering and has large open tear to head edge of spine and front cover, chipping to corners and tail edge of spine, moderate edgewear and shelfwear, and rear flap detached. Boards have mild edge wear and shelf wear. Text block faint marks on fore and tail edge. Shelved in Case 13.
