| Vintage Polaroid 800 the Land Camera Instant Camera Good Used Condition 1957-1962 Era |
| I have downsized and am looking to clear out several vintage cameras from my personal collection! I'm hoping other collectors out there may find these to be gems for their own collections or even fellow photographers looking for old school photography equipment. This particular camera is the Land Camera by Polaroid 800 Model and is an early instant camera (and it's also a beast - very heavy for a camera). These cameras were manufactured between 1957-1962 and used type-40 instant film which is not available anymore. I have been told, however, that these camera can be converted to use available film - I haven't tried it though. The camera has not been tested with film, however all moving parts work as they should and there doesn't appear to be any light leaks. The flash is also untested and does not come with bulbs. |
