I've designed this Waterproof XT60 Panel Mount for use in the British summer we just had! Jokes aside it allows you to install an XT60 securely with the peace of mind that the water WILL NOT GET IN and ruin your day with a dead short.
Mostly designed with RC Boats in mind due to a customer request, but suitable for any bulkhead or interface that needs to work reliably and look clean - on all RC Vehicles to Power Packs etc.
As standard you will receive the panel mount & nuts made in Grey as photographed, supplied with one pair of XT60 connectors and a grub screw to lock the connector in place.
Hole required is 22mm, I recommend you use some sealant behind the face to ensure that is also waterproof. With a 19mm deep thread that will go through most applications with 31mm face diameter.
I have suitable E6000 Sealant Glue Available to take away any questions of suitability, Its my goal to make a one stop solution.

Notes on use:
-Please do all Hot Work (Soldering/Heat shrinking) & allow to cool before installing the connector.
-Start wit the nut over the connector and down the wires, then push the XT60 through from the rear of the panel mount until the faces sit flush.
-Next plug the other XT60 into it to position the connector you’re mounting true.
-Now use the grub screw to nip the connector in place; please don't over tighten then grub screw...either the threads will strip or the connector will be damaged - Thank You!
-You are now ready to pop some sealant on the back of the face and secure it in place!
