We are listing this product as a Grade B return:  Courier Non-delivered returns or Customer returns. These items can be expected to be in working order, but may have blemishes or visible imperfections that do not affect the overall function. These will be stated within the product description and images where possible. The product will be unused but may show signs it has been opened, part assembled and repacked normally in the original packaging which may show signs of previous shipping.

·        Some of our items if the packaging is too damaged may be unsuitable for delivery by a courier, for these lines we can only offer “collection only” rather than offering a delivery service, this will be shown in the shipping section of the listing as “collection only” 

·        We would not recommend using your own courier as the collection only items as they may be fully assembled and unboxed. 

·        We welcome collections and these can be made from our Outlet Store.
