Missing one nut and bolt on each.

The smaller extra bolting plates are nickel which is why I believe they are earlier 1930s. But the black painted cages not being plated makes me believe they were made around the war time because things couldnt be plated.

Who knows

I dont think they are used at all and I believe they are NOS just with shel;f wear from being tossed about for 90+ years.
