This tool chest was pretty dirty and worn before it was cleaned up and coated with a few layers of polyurethane to preserve the finish and labels.  It measures 24 1/4" x 9" and stands 5 1/2" tall. Each side has an indented handle. The lid reads Handy Man TOOL / CHEST DEFIANCE by Stanley PRACTICAL DEPENDABLE FOR FARM AND HOME.  The inside has a paper label that reads exactly the same. It also has a label that reads: No. 890.  Besides some wear, the only other flaw to this chest is a split/hole on the bottom (see photos).  The latch opens and closes with eases and secures tightly.
