The book measures approx, 13.5cm(5.2") by 19cm(7.5") and contains 494 pages.
The book is fully bound with no loss or damage to the pages. The book is generally free of tanning and foxing, although there is a concentration around the titles and endpapers.
There is a school prize inscription on the first blank endpaper dated 1887.

The half Leather binding is edgeworn with bumping at the corner points.
There is some vestigial cracking to the joints.
The leather is not flaking and leaves no marks when placed on cloth.
