How can I personalise my order?

Add the details where prompted when ordering or send me a message. 

Can I personalise the birthday cards with a different age?

Yes, the photos are just examples of what you can have printed so any age

can be added.

Can I change the occasion on the card.

Yes absolutely! Just add the info when you order or drop me a line.

Can you print inside the card

Yes I do provide this service, it is available as a listing in the shop the link of which can be found in the description of each product.

For a small cost of 99p any message can be printed inside, a proof of your card will be sent to you prior to printing to ensure you are happy. Your card will be then be dispatched to you or straight to the recipient.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

Please ensure you enter all your details as you would like them printed, and that all spelling and grammar is correct. If you do notice an error please contact me as soon as possible. I copy and paste the information you provide to ensure I don't make any errors. I do try and check for typo mistakes and if obvious I will correct it for you or if I am unsure I will contact you, however during very busy times it is not always possible for me to do this. If your order has already been printed it will not be possible to make any amendments, so you will be charged to put it right.

How can I pay?

I accept all major debit and credit cards and payments are processed by PAYPAL.

When will my order be dispatched?

I try and get orders out within 2 days. If you’re in a hurry and require your order urgently please contact me to ensure I can accommodate you and please also upgrade the postage if needed.

MAKING A PURCHASE 
When placing an order with us, you are agreeing a contract with us. All prices are shown in £’s (Sterling).

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major Debit/Credit cards. Our payments are processed by our secure checkout partners: PAYPAL.

DELIVERY
I do dispatch Worldwide. Please see Delivery Page for our current dispatch times. It is the responsibility of you, the purchaser, to ensure that all orders are placed in plenty of time before the date required. If sufficient time has not been left by the purchaser to receive the products in time, Paper Memories are not responsible and refunds will not be issued.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, you will be emailed on the day of dispatch to confirm your item/s have been posted. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class Recorded Delivery and should be delivered within 2 – 5 working days after dispatch. However, once dispatched, I cannot be responsible for parcels and if your order does not arrive when expected please allow a day or two for any delays in transit. 

RETURNS
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations we do not normally accept returns for our personalised items. Exceptions to this are damage during transit or errors in personalisation by us. 

CANCELLATIONS
There is a quick turnaround for orders, many may be printed the same day so if you need to cancel please ensure you send notification as soon as possible. If the card has been printed it will be too late to cancel.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
All products are described as accurately as possible with clear and concise information on the relevant product page. However, please note that colours may not be accurate due to the difference in screens and resolutions.

PERSONALISATION
You, the purchaser, are responsible for ensuring that personalisation details are correctly entered into our product option boxes. Any mistakes made by the buyer can be rectified but will incur a charge. Any mistakes made by me will be rectified free of charge but must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
