Hi, and welcome to my auction.

I have here a set of two framed 1930s maps.

One of the pictures is a plan of The Manchester Docks & Barton Dock Estate.

By Dunlop & Co. Chartered Surveyors, Manchester Ship Canal. Co. Land Office.

28 Brazennose Street, Manchester 1933.

Lithographed by George Faulkner & Sons Limited.

The second picture features information about The Railway & Canal Connections With Port Of Manchester.

Manchester Dock System.

Facilities & Equipment Of The Port.

Principal Industrial Areas Of England Showing Territory For Which Manchester Is The Nearest Port.

Sites For Factories & Works.

Again by Dunlop & Co.

The frames measure: 983mm x 593mm x 22mm.

These items are highly collectable and would look great mounted on a wall.

The maps themselves are in good order. There is some wear to the frames. As you can see in the photos some of the gold has worn away. There are also a few small dents/knocks that have occurred to the frame over the years.

The green picture frame mat has a couple of areas of staining, possibly water? I’m not sure to be honest. Overall, these are great items, and will look superb on any wall.

Sorry, no postage on these. They will be available for collection from Newton, near Kirkham, Preston.

Payment through eBay or cash on collection.
