This is a vintage IBM glass ashtray from the IBM Magnetic Tape Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota.  This measures about 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" and is in good shape with minimal age and wear, there are a few very minor chips on a few edges, you can mostly only notice them by running your finger over the glass and feeling them.  This is a rare find, if you have any questions please ask.
