This is a very good example of a red, GB Victoria, 1d. used abroad in St. John's, Antigua, in the late 1850s(SG40, Z1/ 750 GBP catalogue value!)! The stamp is pretty well-centered. It looks like there could be a slight cut in one of the bottom perfs. Either that, or it's a perf fault. The bar numeral, "A02," stamp is complete and quite fine! Minor imperfections aside, this remains a really neat example of a Stanley-Gibbons 40, Z1!
