Being the top of the line of Nikon's compact 35mm film scanners, the Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 delivers 4000x4000dpi in stunning detail paired with the infrared digital ICE technology that digitally removes dust from old slides or negatives.
This particular scanner is in absolutely excellent condition, is tested and creates beautiful scans. It comes with a power cable (US or EU depending on buyer location) and a USB cable to connect to a computer.
Included is also a MA-21 35mm slide film holder that enables scanning of framed slides.
This scanner can be run with several different pieces of software, from the original Nikon Scan 4 to modern scanning applications such as Silverfast or Vuescan that runs on any current day computer, the later being my personal choice of software for it's stability and ease of use.
