You are bidding on a used hard cover book with dust cover called CONIFERS , ISBN-10 ‏ : ‎ 088192153X by D. M. van Gelderen . This oversize book is 9" x 11 1/2" with 375 pages from 1989 . A color photographic survey of conifers which is arranged alphabetically by genus with brief notes on distribution, botanical characteristics and classification, and mention of those species which are of interest to gardeners, nurserymen and landscape designers. There then follows, for each genus, a sequence of photographs of individual species, hybrids and cultivars in a garden or landscape environment. The order of the photographs within species is related to natural relationships and geographical ranges. Appendices include classification of cones and leaves, distribution maps, and a botanical classification of conifers. This is in very good condition but the dust cover has 2 tears top back  .
