Grandma Daisy was a zeitgeist fashionista every decade from pre-1920 to 1980, and she made sure my mother, sister, and I had the most popular jewelry and fashion for every season!  My sister, Audrey wore this necklace every day in the late 60's and early 70's with her pinwhale cord bellbottoms, huraches, and hair parted down the middle.  As the youngest, I wanted the necklace so badly, but she would never let me wear it.  All the family is gone now, and I inherited most of their jewelry, including this necklace I loved back then.  I can't keep or wear it all so if you want it, buy it soon or I'll take it down and wear it myself this fall!   It's textured amber plastic and very light even though it's 50" long!  I put on a new brass clasp to match the links at the ends so you can wear it long, wrap it twice, tie it in a knot, or wrap it round and round your wrist for a bracelet.  This is real history, not a new production.  I'm considering posting the huraches next.
