Instructions for Use of Brake Machine
1. Open the package, use the four screws on the barrel to fix the discharge port on the barrel, and install the baffle;
2. Check whether the fasteners of the machine are loose and whether the machine is damaged during transportation;
3. The grounding mark on the chassis must be reliably grounded;
4. After checking and troubleshooting all faults, turn on the power supply;
5. Run the machine dry for 3-5 minutes, eliminate any possible faults, and then it can work;
6. Screen the materials to be processed, and they must not be mixed with hard objects such as stones. After they run smoothly, they will be gradually and evenly put into the bucket, and the thickness of the material will be controlled by the outlet baffle;
7. After the machine is running smoothly, insert the baffle to the bottom to start feeding;
Shredded vegetables: Cut the vegetables into fist-sized pieces and put them into the bucket evenly. After the particle size of the vegetables in the bucket reaches the required requirements, slowly lift it to a suitable height.
Make the dishes smoothly and maintain the degree of shredding of vegetables, and then fill them evenly;
Minced meat: Peel the fresh meat (without bones and other hard objects), cut into 5cm-sized pieces of meat, and put them into the bucket one after another. It is advisable not to exceed 2kg each time.
Observe the situation in the barrel, and when the meat is minced to a satisfactory level, lift the baffle to release the meat from the discharge port;
8. After use, disconnect the power supply, use a brush to clean out the remaining material in the barrel, rinse the inside of the barrel with clean water (power-on rinse), and wipe it with a dry cloth after it is rinsed.
Precautions for the use of the vegetable brake machine:
