Very elegant design - rounded ends with rope edge design and a floral center.
Surface scratches and signs of wear on silverplating consistent with age and use. Please review pictures.
Fully functional and elegant classy flatware. Good size. 

Marked on the reverse of the forks:

Simeon L. and George H. Rogers Company A1+ Oneida Ltd.

The "A1" mark refers to the quality of the silver plate, i.e. "A1+" is the best quality for that manufacturer. Lower qualities are usually referred to as "1" or "A", "B" etc.

Marked on the blade of the knives:
Simeon L. and George H. Rogers Company Stainless

The Simeon L. & George H. Rogers Company was founded in Hartford, CT. in 1900. It was taken over by William A. Rogers, Ltd., a Canadian firm, in 1918, which was in turn succeeded by Oneida Silversmiths in 1929.
