Australia Post is our preferred partner to deliver all products to our customers. We offer both Regular shipping and Express shipping options to Australian and International customers.
Regular (Tracked)
We offer very affordable tracked mail, and suggest you select this option if you want visibility of delivery times and delivery status. We are unable to provide delivery times without tracking being selected at the checkout.
When products have free tracking provided (all parcels), the Australia Post Regular (Tracked) option will be shown by default to have no charge.
Express (Tracked)
Australia Post Express (Tracked) option is available for any order where the quickest delivery method is required.
Regular (Not Tracked) Free
We offer free shipping on all products to ensure the lowest cost delivery option is available to our customers. Please note that the Australia Post Regular (Free) option does not have tracking or delivery updates. If tracking is required, you can select either the Australia Post Regular (Tracked) option, or the Australia Post Express (Tracked) option.
We will sometimes add tracking for no charge based on the order value, but this is at our discretion.
