The item you are looking at is a womens dress from New Look in size 18. In black light floaty fabric, high neck with sequin detail which fastens with 2 silver buttons to the back, belted, brand new with tags. Chest measures 24", shoulders 14" (but have quite pronounced puff shoulders so would fit slightly larger), length 36". Gorgeous dress, ideal for the xmas party season - photos really don't do it justice at all.
