I only know a little bit about this artist, having talked to her for a few minutes trying to pick her brain.

She was a graduate of Chicago art institute and became a successful graphic artist. She lives in a very rich neighborhood.

Supposedly, this was her personal painting .. I acquired these years ago so I am going back on my recollection of a while back.

That was all the information she allowed.

I had four of these paintings. I sold two of them a long time ago and I bumped into this one . I put them on auction and they did very well. So I am starting this painting the same way…with my low auction opening price, hoping you will see the loveliness of this wonderful artwork…

I start it out low because I know shipping is expensive… please don’t assume lesser quality because of the price…the piece is kinda heavy and big but easy to pack light tight safe and accurate…i have strong boxes ready to go with styrofoam to keep it safe ..

I only add just over a pound for box plus styrofoam..

I also shopped around for the cheapest shipping which turns out to be usps priority mail…this time cheaper than the competition…

The painting is lovely… it’s done by a successful professional artist…unsigned..nice condition…as pictured…unframed …total quality …

I will be putting a lot of work into this and I am a single dad struggling so please… No returns… Please bid accordingly. It will arrive to you packed with great care. Much appreciation. The proceeds go to my family. ❤️❤️❤️

i'm easy to reach. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out. I like talking to my customers.

So that's about it… The piece is attached to a quality thin plywood in a professional manner ..it is canvas with plywood backing ..it will ship beautifully …

please look at my other items. I am loading my store with fresh… And right after that, more fresh… It's already loaded with fresh… Things are selling fast and it's hard to keep up but I have been first in line at the estate sales for years and I also possess my grandfather's estate. He went to all the garage sales in Chicago since the 1970s and I own his Chicago home filled With his classy junk. Lots of cool treasures. i'm getting it loaded one piece at a time. Thanks, John
