Air Jordan XII (12) Retro (Preschool)

The Air Jordan 12 Retro PS 'University Gold' is a preschool shoe. Built with black tumbled leather, tonal stitching and metal eyelets complement the design. The basketball-textured mudguard accents the look in University Gold, with the same finished on the Air midsole underfoot, which also includes a plate for stability.

The Air Jordan XII (12) was originally released in 1996. Like many Air Jordan sneakers, it's design inspiration came from outside the world of basketball. In this case, it was the Japanese Rising Sun flag, with the stitching on the side panels representing the sun's rays. The Air Jordan XII was also the first Air Jordan to feature Zoom Air technology, sport the "Two 3" style on the tongue, and not have Nike or a swoosh logo on the entire sneaker. Because of its extreme popularity, the Air Jordan XII has been re-released several times and is now available in an array of colors.

The Jordan 12 pays homage to the inspiration Tinker Hatfield had when designing the first Air Jordan shoe that was part of the Jordan Brand franchise. Features a Phylon midsole with a full-length Zoom Air unit, 3/4-length carbon fiber shank, and modified herringbone outsole.

Dual-inspired by the Japanese rising sun flag and a 19th century women's fashion shoe, these simple yet sleek Jordans dropped in 1996. Rocked by His Airness during that NBA season, MJ had the 12s on while leading the Chicago Bulls to their fifth championship. It is the first J to sport a Zoom Air unit plus an improved carbon fiber shank plate. The black and white colorway with hints of gold make these a must.
