The Bachmann Rail Chief train train set is complete and ready-to-run HO scale electric train set and is smooth-running EMD GP40 diesel locomotive with all- wheel drive and an operating headlight. This bachmann train set is in an opened new box never used. The box was opened just to look at all the pieces but the smaller pieces are still in the bags. So everything still is brand new. The Rail Chief train set is for ages 14+ up. It comes with over 130 pieces. It has 47" x 38" of oval snap-fit E-Z track, a speed controller with plug-in wiring and the locomotive and all cars are equipped with E-Z mate knuckle couplers.
