Condition: Near Fine beautifully grained wood. Firm hinges and tight spring latch. Box only dusted, natural Patina.
Lining: Inside lid and the 6 compartments lined with cobalt colored velvet. Nice and smooth.
Pieces: All are brass. Well made and assembled with no ruff edges. All have hanging rings.
* Diving Helmet: 1" H x 1.5" W No moving parts. Base coppery looking.
* Compass: 1 3/8"dia x 1/2" H. Black background to compass, dial moves. Cover glass? - Plastic? Pretty accurate "N".
* Speed Control Pedestal: 1 7/8" H x 7/8" W. 2 Sided. Arms move. Background black/red.
* Sextant: 1.5" H x 1 3/8" W. Moveable center.
* Spy Glass: Closed 1 3/8". Open 3 1/4". Opens and closed firmly
* Stationery Compass: 3/4" dia base. No moving parts. Background black.
