Shipping policy
1. Please review photo, for item description.
2. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to confirmed PAYPAL address; your PAYPAL address must match your eBay Shipping address.
3. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy. Shipping fee is including the local handing and packaging fee. There will be no refunds for refused shipments.
4. Shipping prices are as stated in the sale/auction and is standard to all buyers, we combine shipments when applicable.
5. If needing special shipping services please contact us prior to purchasing / bidding on the item.
6. Due to our pick-up schedule, please contact us before bidding/purchasing the item if needing expedited shipping.
7. Buyer pays for shipping. We make it ready and secure for shipping.
8. Please note that shipping charges are estimated and do not take into account multiples, oversized packages or insurance. We estimate shipping costs in order to keep shipping cost as minimal as possible. Actual shipping charges will be calculated and added when your order is processed.
9. We process and ship orders Mon – Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery.
10. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Protectorates (ie. Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.)
11. If the item is heavy and has to be shipped on a (small) skid by truck then we will charge some fees for packing.
12. Item that must be palletized we need a commercial address and phone number to communicate with the buyer about shipping.
13. Shipping Option:
· You may choose to pay for and use your own shipping Company or we use our shipper and you pay what the shipping charge would be.
· We can have the purchased item on pallet to be secure and ready for shipping off loading dock without charging you for packing.
14. For expensive packing we would charge a reasonable fee.

Combined shipping
1. If you want combined shipping you MUST request an invoice. Once you pay we are charged the eBay fees, at that point can no longer refund shipping charges.
2. PLEASE DO NOT PAYS until you are ready for us to ship. EBAY requires use to ship within 24 hours or couple of days of payment.

Return Policy (only if it is permitted)
1. We will accept any returns if checked on EBay listing only.
2. We will accept any returns on un-opened or un-used items, in original packaging only, unless product is damaged or defective or D.O.A.
3. We reserve the right to decide on an exchange or giving a refund. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of products. Once an RGA has been submitted buyer has 14 days to return material to us.
4. After 14 days we will not accept return. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on orders that are being returned for reasons other than a defect, determined fairly on a case-by-case basis
5. Items that are listed as parts only/not working are sold as is and no returns will be accepted.
6. Please ask any questions before purchasing item(s).
7. Return policy DOES NOT cover items that are SOLD AS IS or DO NOT KNOW THE HISTORY OF.
8. Please remember that our return policy is ONLY for FOURTEEN (14) DAYS if checked allowing return on EBay. We will NOT accept anything after FOURTEEN (14) DAYS after item has been received without prior written approval.
